Vegan Banana Oat Waffles

(You need a waffle iron for this recipe.)


With a few changes, you can make pancakes with the same batter!


Directions:

  1. In a blender, mix together oats, banana, vanilla, almond milk. Add a little bit of baking soda. Stir.

  2. Add butter to waffle iron, pour in batter, and cook.

  3. Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup!
