A healthy, balanced, and fluffy breakfast! The following instructions are for one omelette.
Directions:
1. Beat two eggs.
2. Add a splash of milk.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Add your toppings of choice. (This time, I did onions, tomatoes, spinach, and bell pepper).
5. Add butter to a pan on low heat.
6. Pour in the egg mixture.
7. Move it around till the eggs slightly set (sort of like scrambled eggs but more gently).
8. Cover pan with lid and let cook for a few minutes.
9. Once the eggs have set, flip carefully.
10. Cook for about one more minute and then top with cheese.
11. Fold in half and let the cheese form its melty amazingness.
12. Serve with salsa, sauce, or enjoy plain!
