Ingredients:
-Noodles
-Carrots
-Beans
-Cilantro
-Onions
-Garlic
-Green chilies
-Cabbage
-Bell peppers
-Sesame oil
-Olive oil
-Rice vinegar
-Soy sauce
-Red pepper flakes
-Salt
-Pepper
Directions:
1. Chop veggies.
2. Boil noodles.
3. Add olive oil to pan. After oil heats up, add garlic and chilies. Don't let the garlic burn!
2. Add in veggies and sauté.
3. Add cooked noodles to veggies.
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and spices.
5. Top with chopped cilantro!
Note: This is a very forgiving and flexible recipe. Feel free to substitute other ingredients and add/remove veggies and spices!
