Kaley-Cheesy-Tomatoey Pasta

Lazy dinner right here for a family of 3-4 people.


Ingredients:

Kale (1 bunch)

Tomatoes (4)

Garlic (8-10 cloves)

Olive oil

Red pepper flakes

Salt

Pepper

Parmesan cheese

Pasta

Basil (5-10 leaves)


Directions:

Cook pasta "al dente" according to directions. (Save the pasta water.)

Chop garlic finely/crush.

Roughly chop tomatoes and kale.

Add about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan on medium heat.

Add garlic and red pepper flakes.

Add tomatoes. Let cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Add kale.

Add cooked pasta and about half a cup of pasta water.

Add parmesan until you're happy with its creaminess and a sauce forms.

Add basil leaves.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Give it one last stir, serve, and top with parmesan cheese!
