Tostadas

A weekly staple!! Very forgiving and easy recipe that can be made with SO many variations.


Base: Tostada


Protein:

  1. Beans

  2. Vegetables (Bell pepper, onion, zucchini, spinach and yellow squash)

*I vary the veggies greatly with whatever I have on hand.

*Also great with chicken!


Toppings: Salsa, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico...the possibilities are endless!!
